Licensed by the Department of Labor and Employment and the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (DOLE-POEA), AMARCO grew from humble beginnings in 1981.  During the ‘80s, AMARCO specialized in Engineering and Construction consulting and recruitment services in the Middle East. Soon recognizing the immense potential of Filipino workers in other fields, we greatly expanded our operations during the decades to follow.

AMARCO quickly proved its recruitment excellence not only in Engineering and Construction, but in Entertainment, and the Allied Medical Professions as well.  We have successfully sent a number of engineers to Saudi Arabia, skilled workers for dry docks operations in the United Arab Emirates, professional dancers and singers to Japan, and pharmacists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, support workers, and child development/home therapy specialists to Great Britain and the United States. 

As proof of our recruitment achievements, we have received numerous industry honors including citations and awards from the POEA and the Global Awards for Marketing Excellence. We continue to expand our services and we are now finalizing negotiations with employers in the U.S. for nurses and teachers.
